Membership accounts will be terminated immediately when users are caught in breach of these rules. All past and pending earnings of users in breach will be asked back or cancelled. Subscribers are liable for spamming before the law. InboxSponsors.com will assist in legal investigations of spamming incidents. InboxSponsors.com also reserves its right to impose financial penalties on parties that have breached the anti-spamming laws while in use of our services or have violated our Privacy Policy rules.

Multiple sign-ups constitute fraud and will lead to termination of all related accounts and cancellation of all past and pending earnings. Signing up multiple times form the same computer is not allowed and will also be treated as fraud with all legal consequences. InboxSponsors.com authorizes only one sign-up per single household. This requirement ensures equality of opportunity of all our users and protects loyal members against fraudulent plotting of other subscribers. InboxSponsors.com will initiate legal prosecution against parties suspected of signing up multiple times from the same computer and will file charges for recovering any earnings received from multiple signups.

1. Placing InboxSponsors.com links on free offline bulletin boards or online forums/boards only when they specifically and explicitly authorize it.
2. Telling your friends, relatives and acquaintances (people you already know) about the services and benefits at InboxSponsors.com.
3. Advertising InboxSponsors.com on your personal website or on another website only if it grants specific and explicit authorization to post links or banners of InboxSponsors.com.

InboxSponsors.com will not tolerate:

1. Defacing public property with InboxSponsors.com links, posting random flyers with InboxSponsors.com links or identifying InboxSponsors.com in any other statement or activity that constitutes public offence or spamming.
2. Sending e-mails with InboxSponsors.com links to people that you do not know.
3. Attempting or completing communication or activity if you are in doubt whether it constitutes spamming or not.
